The University developed the Book Lending Program (BLP) to support first-generation college students and their families with the high cost of course materials. First-generation students in the College of Arts & Sciences with financial need are encouraged to apply.

Once approved and your account reflects your BLP status, follow the Getting Your BLP Books tutorial to go through the process of searching and requesting BLP material.

Student-Centered Partnerships

The BLP is a partnership between the Office of Community & Inclusion, the Bookstore, Information Technology Services, and Armacost Library.
