POLI 463: Equal Protection: Books and News

Books at the Library

Books are valuable secondary sources that can discuss a case and its historical impact, often in a broader context than law reviews.

You can search the library catalog by case name, i.e. Brown v Board of Education. High profile cases are likely to have official subject terms which are listed in the Details portion of an item's record. For example, see Brown v Board of Education in the Subject list:

A term from the Subject list can be clicked to run a new search for that term.

Newspaper and magazine articles may also be found in the library catalog. Search by case name and filter by Resource Type to magazine and newspaper articles:

Note: the Articles category limits results to articles from scholarly journals.
