Engaging in Scientific Discourse

Engaging in scientific discourse involves active collaboration with other physicists to develop knowledge.

Cycle of reading, conducting, orally presenting, and writing/publishing research is interspersed with critiqueng, and publishing all relate to scientific discourse

Engaging in scientific discourse involves:

  • purposeful selection and use of published research
  • critical readings of published research
  • critically approach (and with kindness) the oral and written work of others

 

This guide, as a complement to our time in class, will help you develop these skills.
